Farizon 電動汽車維修服務個人資料私隱政策

豐盛汽車集團 Ample Auto Group（以下簡稱「本公司」或「我們」）作為 Farizon 新能源商業車輛（包括電動汽車）香港總經銷，致力遵守香港法例第486章《個人資料（私隱）條例》（以下簡稱「私隱條例」）及其他相關法規。我們尊重客戶的個人資料私隱，並承諾以負責任的方式收集、使用、儲存及披露個人資料。

本政策適用於本公司在提供電動汽車維修、保養、道路救援及相關售後服務過程中收集的個人資料。若您使用我們的服務，即表示您同意本政策的條款。

1. 收集個人資料的目的

我們僅在必要時收集個人資料，主要用於以下目的：

• 提供維修、保養、診斷及道路救援服務（包括電動汽車高壓系統、電池、12V輔助電池等檢查）。
• 處理預約、報價、付款及保修申請。
• 聯絡客戶提供服務更新、跟進維修進度或滿意度調查。
• 遵守法律要求（如車輛登記、稅務或安全報告）。
• 改善服務品質及內部統計分析（以匿名形式）。
• 如獲同意，用於直接促銷（例如新服務或優惠通知）。

若個人資料用於新目的，我們會事先取得您的同意。

2. 收集的個人資料類別

在維修服務過程中，我們可能收集以下個人資料：

• 基本資料：姓名、聯絡電話、電郵地址、住址。
• 車輛資料：車牌號碼、車輛識別號（VIN）、行駛里數、故障描述、診斷數據（包括電池狀態、行車記錄）。

我們不會收集敏感個人資料（如種族、宗教或健康資料），除非與維修直接相關並獲同意。

3. 個人資料的使用及披露

• 我們僅將個人資料用於收集時指定的目的。
• 可能披露予第三方（包括香港境內外）：
• Farizon 原廠或授權供應商（用於零件訂購或技術支援）。
• 合作拖車公司或道路救援夥伴。
• 法律要求下披露予政府部門或執法機構。
• 專業顧問（如會計師或律師）。
• 所有第三方須遵守同等私隱保護標準。

4. 資料保安

我們採取合理措施保障個人資料安全，包括：

• 使用加密儲存診斷數據及客戶記錄。
• 限制員工存取權限（僅授權維修人員可查看必要資料）。
• 定期審核系統保安，防止未經授權存取、洩漏或損壞。
• 電動汽車特定：車輛遙距診斷數據僅在客戶授權下傳輸，並加密處理。

若發生資料洩漏，我們會按私隱條例要求評估並通知受影響客戶及私隱專員（如適用）。

5. 資料保留

個人資料僅保留至達成收集目的所需時間（一般維修記錄保留7年，以符合保修及法律要求）。到期後安全刪除或匿名化。

6. 您的權利

根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》，您有權：

• 查閱我們持有的您的個人資料。
• 要求更正不準確資料。
• 撤回直接促銷同意（不影響其他服務）。
• 提出查閱/更正要求，請書面聯絡我們的資料保護主任。我們可能收取合理費用處理查閱要求。
• 帳號註銷與資料刪除（香港用戶）

如何申請：

您可透過【請在此填寫具體路徑，例如：App內「設定 > 帳戶與安全性 > 永久刪除帳戶」】提交線上申請。

為保障帳戶安全，我們需要驗證您的身分（如密碼、簡訊驗證碼等）。

處理時限：

我們會在收到驗證通過的申請後，在切實可行範圍內盡快（通常不超過15個工作天） 完成處理。

資料如何處理：

登出後，我們將停止處理您的個人資料，並使其在業務系統中不可被檢索和存取。

根據《條例》，在以下情況我們可能依法保留部分資料：(a) 遵守法律義務；(b) 進行與您無關的統計或研究（資料已匿名化）；(c) 用於法律訴訟或調查。

重要提醒：註銷是不可恢復的操作。帳戶內所有資料（包括會員權益、積分、優惠券等）將會永久清空，請事先妥善處理。

7. 直接促銷

若我們擬使用您的個人資料作直接促銷，會事先取得您的書面或口頭同意。您可隨時免費撤回同意。

Farizon Electric Vehicle Repair Service Privacy Policy

Ample Auto Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we”), as the general distributor of Farizon new energy commercial vehicles (including electric vehicles) in Hong Kong, is committed to complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as the “PDPO”) and other relevant laws and regulations. We respect the privacy of our customers’ personal data and undertake to collect, use, store, and disclose personal data in a responsible manner.

This Policy applies to personal data collected by the Company in the course of providing electric vehicle repair, maintenance, roadside assistance, and related after-sales services. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Purposes of Collection of Personal Data

We collect personal data only when necessary and for the following main purposes:

• To provide repair, maintenance, diagnostic, and roadside assistance services (including inspection of high-voltage systems, batteries, 12V auxiliary batteries, etc.).
• To handle appointments, quotations, payments, and warranty claims.
• To contact customers for service updates, repair progress follow-up, or satisfaction surveys.
• To comply with legal requirements (e.g., vehicle registration, taxation, or safety reporting).
• To improve service quality and conduct internal statistical analysis (in anonymized form).
• With consent, for direct marketing (e.g., notifications of new services or promotions).

If personal data is to be used for a new purpose, we will obtain your prior consent.

2. Types of Personal Data Collected

In the course of repair services, we may collect the following types of personal data:

• Basic information: Name, contact telephone number, email address, residential address.
• Vehicle information: License plate number, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), mileage, fault description, diagnostic data (including battery status and driving records).
• Payment information: Credit card/bank details (used only for transactions and not stored long-term).
• Other: Copies of identification documents (only when necessary, e.g., for warranty claims).

We will not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., race, religion, or health information) unless it is directly relevant to the repair and consent is obtained.

3. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

• We will use personal data only for the purposes specified at the time of collection.
• Personal data may be disclosed to third parties (within or outside Hong Kong):
• Farizon original manufacturer or authorized suppliers (for parts ordering or technical support).
• Partner towing companies or roadside assistance providers.
• Government departments or law enforcement agencies as required by law.
• Professional advisors (e.g., accountants or lawyers).
• All third parties are required to adhere to equivalent privacy protection standards.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect personal data, including:

• Encrypted storage of diagnostic data and customer records.
• Restricted employee access rights (only authorized repair personnel may access necessary data).
• Regular security audits to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or damage.
• Specific to electric vehicles: Remote diagnostic data is transmitted only with customer authorization and in encrypted form.

In the event of a data breach, we will assess and notify affected customers and the Privacy Commissioner (if applicable) in accordance with the PDPO.

5. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of collection (generally, repair records are retained for 7 years to comply with warranty and legal requirements). Upon expiry, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

According to the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data that we hold.
• Request corrections of inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent for direct marketing (without affecting other services).
• To make access/correction requests, please contact our Data Protection Officer in writing. We may charge a reasonable fee for processing access requests.
• Account cancellation and data deletion (for Hong Kong users).
• How to apply:

You can submit an online application through [please fill in specific path, e.g., In-App "Settings > Account and Security > Permanently Delete Account"].

To ensure account security, we need to verify your identity (e.g., password, SMS verification code, etc.

• Processing time:

We will complete the processing as soon as practicable (usually within 15 working days) after receiving the application with successful verification.

• How data is processed:

After logout, we will cease processing your personal data, and it will be made irretrievable and inaccessible in our business systems.

• According to the Ordinance, we may lawfully retain some data in the following circumstances: (a) to comply with legal obligations; (b) for statistical or research purposes unrelated to you (data will be anonymized); (c) for legal proceedings or investigations.
• Important reminder: Account cancellation is irreversible. All data within the account (including membership rights, points, coupons, etc.) will be permanently cleared, so please handle them appropriately in advance.

7. Direct Marketing

If we intend to use your personal data for direct marketing, we will obtain your written or verbal consent in advance. You may withdraw consent at any time free of charge.
